Four mountains. One table set at altitude.
From fondue beneath the Maroon Bells to champagne toasts at 11,212 feet, the winter 2026–27 season brings an extraordinary lineup of culinary experiences across Aspen Snowmass. Whether you are looking for a legendary mountainside après-ski party, an intimate alpine lunch, or a town-center Michelin-starred masterpiece, here is where to eat this season.
New This Season: The All-New Ullrhof (Snowmass)
Since 1971, Ullrhof has been the classic mid-mountain stop for Snowmass skiers. This winter, it reopens completely rebuilt with a mountain-modern design that honors its rich history.
- The Experience: A revamped lunch menu built around elevated American comfort food.
- Sustainability & Scale: The redesigned lodge features 600+ seats (about double the original capacity) and is 100% electric—marking Snowmass’s first on-mountain restaurant operated without propane or gas.
- Highlights: Stop by the brand-new upper-level Bar & Lounge for drinks with a view, or try the signature All-In Burger down at mid-mountain by the base of the lift.
